It’s time to put yourself first

My one on one coaching programmes are for you if you have spent the last ten or fifteen years working hard at your job and looking after everyone but yourself! You probably feel guilty about spending time or money on yourself and are afraid that self care might seem frivolous or self-indulgent. You are “too busy” to take care of yourself properly but you live a lot of your life feeling “not quite right” whether that’s from exhaustion, niggling tummy troubles, skin issues, mood swings, headaches, disordered sleeping patterns, low level anxiety, brain fog, random aches and pains or all of the above. 

You have come to realise that you need to spend some time looking at your own nutrition and lifestyle if you are going to get the most out of life and be able to do all of the things you want to do with energy and vitality. You may be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of nutrition and wellness information out there and want to avoid fads and diets that are not science or evidence based.

 

This program is for you if…

You’re ready to take back control of your life and put yourself first.

You feel like you’re addicted to “being busy” and can’t seem to just relax.

You don’t feel like you’re enough and feel unproductive if you stop.

You’ve dabbled in self-care, but haven’t found the right path for yourself yet.

You’re struggling with basic lifestyle issues such as sleep deprivation, mind-body connection and stress management.

It's time to take back control of your life, put yourself first and connect with your true self, so you can show up as the healthiest and happiest version of yourself for both you and your family.

 

what we'll do

Identify your wellness goals and help you create a vision of how a more nourishing life would look and feel;

Help you to create a plan to become the healthiest version of YOU;

Help you to identify any limiting beliefs or roadblocks that may be hindering your progress;

Help you to become more aware of patterns and behaviours and suggest tools or strategies to encourage meaningful change to support your wellness;

Discuss nutritional approaches with you and help you to work out what does and doesn’t work for you. I can also help you with meal planning and recipes as necessary to support your nutritional approach;

Help you to set some S.M.A.R.T goals to set you up for success; and

Provide ongoing accountability and support to give you the best chance of achieving the results you want.
